激光光斑定位的多圆拟合算法的研究
Multi-circle fitting algorithms for laser spot location
【摘要】 介绍了用于提取激光光斑参数的曲面拟合和圆拟合算法,在圆拟合算法的基础上提出了新的多圆拟合算法,在不同的噪声水平下比较了曲面拟合算法和多圆拟合算法所能够达到的精度。研究结果表明,多圆拟合算法具有更好的抗噪声性能,除了可以检测光斑中心外,多圆拟合算法还可以检测其半径达到亚像素级的光斑,所以能够广泛地应用在光学测量系统之中。
【Abstract】 The surface fitting algorithm and circle fitting algorithm available for getting laser spot parameters are discussed.Based on circles fitting of laser spot shape the newly multi-circle fitting algorithm is proposed,and the precisions of multi-circles fitting algorithm and surface fitting algorithm under different noise level are compared.According to the research,the multi-circle fitting algorithm has better performance of anti-noise.The multi-circle fitting algorithm can detect not only the spot center but also spot which the radius is on sub-pixel level.So the multi-circle fitting algorithm can be used in the optical measurement systems.
