【摘要】 针对有标底招标的缺陷,对无标底招标及其评定标体系进行了研究。系统分析了实行无标底招标的必要性和可行性;较详细的分析了无标底招标的特点以及风险防范;基于此创建了无标底招标情况下的合理低价评标方法──合理基准价评分法、综合评分法,并详细探讨了其评标方法的适用性和具体的操作过程;通过工程实践的运用,验证了该体系的可行性,是结合我国建筑市场现状又与国际接轨的有效招标、评定标方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 It researched the system of tendering without base price of bidding,appraising bid and confirming bid,compared with the disadvantage of base price bidding.It analyzed the necessity and possibility of the tendering without base price of bidding,the characteristics and some problems that should notice about the bidding.Then established two sets of reasonable low price methods to valuate about that,that is,the method of giving a reasonable basis price and the method of giving a synthetically mark.It discussed the applicability according to the application of a engineering.That validated the feasibility.They match the present conditions of our construction market.更多还原
