小包装国产全氟乙烷和全氟丙烷的浓度测定

【摘要】 目的测定钢瓶内和小包装内国产全氟乙烷(C2F6)和全氟丙烷(C3F8)的浓度。方法采用气像色谱法和质谱分析法对钢瓶内C2F6和C3F8测定,将钢瓶内C2F6和C3F8气体分别分装入15个专利小包装中,把15个C2F6和C3F8气体小包装分别平均分成3组,每组5个,常温下保存,用气像色谱法于分装后2周、3个月和1a后各测定其浓度。结果钢瓶内C3F8和C2F6的浓度均大于99.90%,无毒性成分,专利小包装中C2F6和C3F8气体在分装后2周浓度为93.05%和96.75%,3个月后为92.91%和97.29%,1a后为94.46%和95.32%.结论国产C2F6和C3F8气体纯度高,无毒性,专利小包装储存C2F6和C3F8,气体浓度稳定,可代替钢瓶储存气体应用于临床和科研。

【Abstract】 Objective To measure the concentration of home-made perfluoroethane (C2F6) and perfluoropropane (C3F8) in steel flask and in small packages.Methods Under gas chromatography and mass spectrography,the concentration of home-made C2F6 and C3F8 in steel flask were measured.Home-made C2F6 and C3F8 from steel flasks were each sealed into 15 patented small packages.The each 15 packages were evenly divided into 3 groups(5 packages/group) and kept in room temperature.Two weeks,3 months and 1 year after sealing,the concentration of the gas in packages were measured under gas chromatography.Results The concentrations of home-made C2F6 and C3F8 in steel flask were higher than 99.90,no toxic component could be found.Two weeks,3 months and 1 year after sealing,the concentrations of C2F6 and C3F8 were 93.05 and 96.75,92.91 and 97.29,94.46 and 95.32 respectively.Conclusion The home-made C2F6 and C3F8 have high concentration and no toxic component.The concentration of C2F6 and C3F8 remain constant in small packages.This packaging method is convient,reliable and the small package can be used to replace steel flask for storing gas in clinical and investigational field in ophthalmology.
