【摘要】 目的评价玻璃体切割术联合白内障摘出治疗玻璃体视网膜疾病的疗效。方法回顾性分析90例92眼前后段联合手术治疗各类玻璃体视网膜疾病合并白内障的效果。结果失访6例7眼,余84例85眼随访7~56月,平均(24.1±12.5)月;术后最佳矫正视力提高57眼;植入人工晶状体57眼,术后最佳矫正视力提高41眼;2次以上手术14眼;影响视力提高的主要原因为黄斑病变。结论前后段联合手术是治疗伴有晶状体混浊的玻璃体视网膜疾病的一种有效办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of combined vitrectomy and cataract extraction in treating vitreoretinal diseases complicated with cataract.Methods Ninty cases 92 eyes of vitreoretinal diseases complicated with cataract were analysed retrospectively.All cases received vitrectomy and cataract extraction at the same time.Results Eighty-four cases(85 eyes) were followed up for 7～56 months(mean 24.1±12.5 months).The best corrected visual acuity were improved in 57 eyes postoperatively.IOL(intraocular lens) were implanted in 57 eyes and the best corrected visual acuity were improved in 41 eyes postoperatively.Fourteen eyes underwent twice or more surgeries.Macularopathy was the main cause to the failed recovery of visual acuity.Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with cataract extraction is effective to treat vitreoretinal diseases with cataract.更多还原
