【Abstract】 For keratoplasty,it is very important to research effective drugs to reduce the immunologic rejection.Many new type immuno-suppressive agents have been studied recently.They were applicated to treat the postoperative immunologic rejection step by step.This paper reviews the progress of those classical immunosuppressive agents and the situation of clinical application and the effect and ill effect of those drugs and introduces the research progress of many new type immunosuppressive agents.更多还原
