转化生长因子-β2与眼科疾病的关系研究进展
Recent advances of transforming growth factor-β2 in ocular tissues
【摘要】 转化生长因子(transforming growth factor,TGF-β)各亚型中,TGF-β2在眼部的作用占主要地位。TGF-β2可通过自分泌和(或)旁分泌形式对大多数眼部组织的病理和生理起到重要的调节作用。现就TGF-β2与眼部疾病发生发展的关系、基础及临床研究中人类TGF-β2单克隆抗体在眼部的应用作一综述。
【Abstract】 Among the different isoforms of transforming growth factor-β （TGF-β）,TGF-β2 is the predominant form present in the eye.TGF-β2 may Play an important part in pathological and physiological processes in most ocular tissues of autocrine and/or paracrine.The relationships between TGF-β2 and ocular diseases,and the application of human anti-TGF-beta2 antibody in basic and clinical studies are reviewed in this paper.
