【Abstract】 Based on the gradually perfeet and mature market of real estate,we study the market comparison approach and use the fuzzy mathematical principle.We come up with the substitution principle specific,sci-entific and systematic,and establish the fuzzy mathematical model of the market comparison approach,and finally realize the aiming of how to assess fast,normly and reasonably by using computer,and meet the de-mand of appraisal of real estate.更多还原
