【Abstract】 This paper taking advantage of the station to clarify that any construction of different functions have both typical and general rules of development, like the evolution trace of an organism. From which we can understand the leading principle and soul of architecture: they are human and the request of convenience, comfort, safety as well as the trend of perfection. However, part of oversea architects violates this regularity deliberately or innocently, which causes the spurious-modern architecture in China.
