【摘要】 以非建设用地纳入城市规划体系为研究课题,对城市建设用地扩张过程中产生的侵占森林绿地、湿地、农田或其他一些不适宜进行城市建设的用地的现象进行研究,并寻找解决方法。具体对杭州市的非建设用地各个因子加以分析,确定了杭州市非建设用地类型、数量、分布和总体结构形态。通过纳入规划的非建设用地总体形态分析,形成了杭州市生态性总体规划格局,并对下一步研究提出展望,对进一步的研究方向提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research objective of this paper is taking non-constructive land into urban planning system. By investigating the land conversions from forest, wetland, farmland, etc. into urban constructive land in Hangzhou, the authors provide the solutions for these improper phenomenon in the processes of rapid urban development. After analyzing all the factors of non-constructive land,the authors identified the type, quantity, spatial form and structure of the non-constructive land in Hangzhou. On the base of that, the framework for ecological planning of Hangzhou is set up. The conclusions and some suggestions for further study are also put forward.更多还原
