新疆紫草质量稳定性研究

【摘要】 目的:研究不同产地紫草中紫草素的含量,对质量较好者研究温度对其含量的影响,为新疆紫草的规范化生产提供依据。方法:采用药典方法测定不同部位、不同产地紫草素含量,并分析不同温度条件下紫草素含量变化的影响因素。结果:新鲜产的新疆紫草紫草素含量较高,质量较好。50~70℃的温度对紫草素影响很小,当温度超过80℃后,紫草素含量快速降低。结论:在与紫草素有关的应用时应优先选择近期生产的新疆紫草,在药物的干燥、保存、提取和制剂等工艺过程中,应尽量避免高温。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the shikonin content of Radix Arnebiae (RA) harvested from different places in Xinjiang. Those with higher quality were selected to investigate the effects of temperature on the shikonin content. Methods: Root morphology of RA was studied and CHP assessment methods for shikonin content were used. Results: Shikonin content of RA was proved to be higher with better quality. When the temperature was from 50℃ to 70℃, it had little effect on shikonin content. A temperature that exceeds 80℃ markedly decreased shikonin content. Conclusion: RA should be the herb of first choice when shikonin applications are concerned. High temperature should be avoided during drying, conserving,extraction and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
