【摘要】 目的:探讨利用邻近组织瓣修复不同程度唇缺损的方法。方法:本组35例缺损患者,10例唇缺损在1/3以内者,行直接拉拢缝合;14例唇缺损1/3~1/2者,4例采用Abbe瓣法修复,10例用单侧唇颊滑行组织瓣法修复;8例唇缺损1/2~2/3者,采用单侧或双侧唇颊滑行组织瓣法修复;3例唇缺损超过唇长2/3或全唇缺损者,采用扇形颊瓣转移法进行修复。结果:35例各组织瓣成活良好,手术后患者唇部功能及外形得到明显改善。结论:利用邻近组织瓣修复唇缺损应根据缺损的部位、大小、程度、形状、各瓣的特点和术者的操作水平,选择合理的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application of adjacent tissue flap to repair the labial defect.Methods: Ten cases whose labial defect length was less than 1/3 of the lip were roped in and sutured directly.Four cases whose defect length was 1/3 to 1/2 of the lips were repaired by Abbe-flaps and 10 cases were repaired by unilateral labial-buccal-gliding-flaps.Eight cases were repaired by bilateral or unilateral labial-buccal-gliding flaps whose defect length was 1/2 to 2/3 of the lips.Three cases with defect length more than 2/3 or covered the whole lip were repaired by buccal-sector-flap.Results: All tissue flaps survived and the function and the contour of the lip were improved obviously after the operation.Conclusion: The reconstruction of the labial defect by the adjacent flap should be based on the location,size,degree,shape,the character of the different flaps,and the experience of the operator to select the reasonable operation methods.更多还原
