【摘要】 目的:研究维吾尔族青年正常足弓X线解剖特征,为临床治疗足部骨折及其它足部疾病提供X线解剖依据。方法:108例维吾尔族青年,男性53例,女性55例,拍摄右侧足弓X线片,观察并测量内侧纵弓角、外侧纵弓角、前弓角、后弓角、舟骨结节与地面的距离(简称舟地距离)、内侧纵弓高、外侧纵弓高、骰骨与地面的距离(简称骰地距离)及第1趾骨侧面观长度(简称第1跖长)等9项指标。结果:维吾尔族青年正常足内侧纵弓角111~130°者占90.75%,外侧纵弓角131~150°者占76.85%,前弓角16~25°者占84.25%,后弓角16~25°者占74.07%。除内侧纵弓角与外侧纵足角女性明显大于男性以外,前、后弓角,内外侧纵弓角及舟地距离、骰地距离、第1跖长,男性均明显大于女性(P<0.05~0.001)。维吾尔族青年正常足弓各指标与汉族青年相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~0.001)。结论:维吾尔族青年足弓X线解剖具有其特点,为临床医学、法医学及人类学提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To provide morphological basis for clinical medicine by investigating the morphological characteristics of the foot arches of Uygur young people.Methods: A serial parameters of foot arches were measured on the X-ray photos of right foot of Uigur young people(male 53,female 55).Results: All of the corresponding parameters have differences between male and female;And the results of all of the parameters have differences between Uigur and Han young people.Conclusions: The morphological characters of the foot arches of Uygur young people should pay attention in the clinical medicine.更多还原
