【摘要】 目的:评价长春瑞滨每周方案新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌的近期疗效和毒副反应。方法:对18例初发单侧乳腺癌用长春瑞滨每周1次,每次25 mg／m2静脉注射,连续给药4周。结果:临床有效率(cCR+cPR)为 61．1％(11／18),无进展病例,毒副反应主要为白细胞下降、恶心、头痛、脱发、静脉炎。结论:长春瑞滨每周方案新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌是安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To estimate the recent therapcatic effectiveness and side effects of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy with weekly vinorelbine in treating 18 patients suffered from unilateral breast cancer. Methods: Vinorelbine was injected intravenously ones a week 25 mg/m2 each time for four weeks. Results: CCR+ CPR was 61.1%. There was no further developed case. Main side effects were WBC reduction, nausea, headache, baldness and phlebitis. Conclusion: The method is a safe and effestive way in treating breast cancer.更多还原
