【摘要】 目的:探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方珐:对54例行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术的患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果:54例患者中46例治疗成功,成功率为85．18％;6例放置内支架后再行体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗;2例因输尿管狭窄、扭曲需行开放手术。结论:输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗安全,效果确切,损伤小,术后恢复快,是治疗输尿管结石较为满意的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of the Swiss lithoclast pneumatic litho-triptor in the endo scopic management of ureterolithiasis. Method: 54 patients with ureter-olithiasis were treated with the a bove mentioned lithotriptor. Result: 52 patients had been cured ,the curative rate was 85. 18 % , 6 patients were treated using ESWL and placing ureteralstents prior to ESWL. 2 patients with ureterostegnosis needed to be treated with open operation. Conclusion: This method is safe, effective and less invasive in the treatment of ureterolithiasis, the patients recover quickly after treatment, it is a useful procedure for patients with urterolithiasis.更多还原
