【摘要】 目的:探讨新疆和田地区维吾尔族和汉族老年人血清常用生化指标差异。方法:测定60-79岁维吾尔族和汉族居民血清常用生化指标,比较其差异。结果:汉族老年人的BUN、UR、TG、CH、HDL、LDL、ALB、αPOA、αPOB和GGT均显著高于维吾尔族,但LD和AMS则低于维吾尔族。同一民族血清生化指标存在明显性别差异, 其中男性高于女性的有Cr、UR、CK、Ams;女性高于男性的有BG、TG、CH、LDL、TP、αPOA、αPOB和AKP。结论:和田不同民族、性别老年人常用生化指标存在明显差异,可能与居民生活习惯及营养状况有一定关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: In order to compare the difference of normal serum biochemical indexes among different nationalities in Hetian oasis Xinjiang. Method: To text normal serum biochemical indexes in blood of the inhabitants with the age 60-79 years in Uygur and Han nationalities, then compared their differences between both groups. Results: The findings showed the levels of BUN, UR, TG, CGH, HDL, ALB, aPOA, aPOB and GGT in serum of Han nationality were all higher than that of Uygur nationality, obviously, while the levels of LD and AMS were lower than that of Uygur nationality. Significant sex differences were observed in same nationality, the level of Cr, UR, CK, Ams in male were higher than that in female, the level of BG, TG, CH, LDL, TP, aPOA, aPOB and AKP in female were higher than that in male. Conclusion: There were significant differences of normal serum biochemical indexes among different nationalities and sex elders residents in Hetian oasis Xinjiang, which might related to the life style and nutrition status of them.更多还原
