高温固体自润滑涂层的发展
Development of High Temperature Solid Self-Lubricant Coatings
【摘要】 在最近几十年中,高温固体润滑剂得到了高速的发展和广泛的工业应用,特别是在机械加工行业中得到了体现。本文在综合国内外研究和报道的基础上,归纳了高温固体润滑剂的类别划分,阐述了高温固体自润滑涂层和制备工艺的发展,提出了高温固体自润滑涂层设计的概念,指出了高温固体自润滑涂层发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Over the past decades, high temperature solid lubricants have been developed quickly and widely in modern industry, especially in mechanical manufacture. On the basis of existing study and report, the types of high temperature solid lubricants are renewedly introduced, and the depositing processes of high temperature solid self-lubricant coatings are explained. The concept of designing coatings is introduced, and trend of development of high temperature solid self-lubricant coatings is pointed out.
