基于自蔓延高温合成技术制备TiB2/Al2O3复相陶瓷
Study on the Fabrication of TiB2/Al2O3 Composite Basing on SHS
【摘要】 采用自蔓延燃烧合成法在室温下的空气中制备出了TiB2/Al2O3复相陶瓷,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明TiB2的形貌为规则的块状,晶粒细小,平均尺寸为几个微米,弥散的分布在晶粒较大的Al2O3四周,而Al2O3的颗粒较大(50μm左右),形状不规则。原料组成、加压延迟时间、高压持续时间等是影响TiB2/Al2O3复相陶瓷性能的主要因素。通过本试验制备出的TiB2/Al2O3复相陶瓷,综合了多相复合、SHS技术,原位合成技术、热等静压技术、金属增韧等技术,使TiB2/Al2O3复相陶瓷既具有高强度,又拥有适度的韧性。
【Abstract】 TiB2/Al2O3 composite was produced by Self-propagating high temperature combustion synthesis。By means of XRD and SEM,we can know the final main resultant were TiB2 and Al2O3.The particles of TiB2 which dispersed mainly in the Al2O3 matrix were fine and presented regular rectangle shape,but the sizes of Al2O3 were bigger than TiB2 and shape was not regular. The constitute of raw materials,the deferring time of adding pressure,standing time on high pressure etc are main factors which influence capability of TiB2/Al2O3 ceramic. Colligating polyphase recombination,SHS technology,in-situ synthesis technology,high temperature insostatic pressing technology and metal phase adding tenacity etc,so TiB2/Al2O3 composite holds high strength and moderate tenacity.
