含有纳米金刚石粉的化学复合镀层工艺研究
Study on Technology of Electroless Nanodiamond Composite Coating
【摘要】 采用纳米金刚石分散混合液,制成的碱性化学复合镀Ni-P-纳米金刚石镀液。研究了镀液中纳米金刚石粉的含量对镀层组织、形貌的影响。结果表明,在采用的纳米金刚石分散混合溶液,可使镀层中金刚石的含量高达12%~24%,每小时可获得11μm的镀层厚度。同时获得纳米金刚石含量较高、分布均匀的镀层,且镀层与基体的结合力良好。镀层结合力与镀液中金刚石的添加量关系影响不大。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the alkalescence electroless Ni-P-nanodiamond composite adopting nanodiamond made liquid disperse composite liquid; the metallographic organization and surface of composite coatings were influenced by the nanodiamond content of liquid. The results show that the namodiamond content of the composite coating can get weight persent 12%~24%, and the vesicle is 11 μm. The coating with more diamond particle and even distribution particle can be gotten with suitable technologies. The cohesion between coating & base is good.
