【摘要】 板件模压连接是一种新型金属连接方法,其关键技术是模具。经过对进口模具早期失效原因的分析,研制了一种新型超高强度的金属陶瓷材料模具。通过对材料各组元成分的作用分析及机械性能测试,用研制的新型金属陶瓷材料制作的模具性能和使用寿命达到甚至超过了国外同类模具,完全可以取代进口模具。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mould jointing of metal sheet is a new method and die is key technology. In this paper, the failure of the original die (imported) is analyzed, and then new cermet with high strength is developed as the material of the die. Its mechanic properties and the compositions are studied. It is proved that the properties and service life are better than that of the original die (imported).更多还原
