PLC控制的并联流量阀两工进速度换接新回路
A New Hydraulic Circuit of Two Parallel Speed Control Valves Controlling Two Work Speeds and Design of its Control System by PLC
【摘要】 在现有回路的基础上,提出了一种新的、用于实现动力滑台运动的二流量阀并联的两工进速度换接回路,给出了其组成图和工作原理;采用FX2N32MR型PLC设计了其控制系统,得出了新回路及其控制系统的特点,展现了PLC在工业控制领域的广阔应用前景。
【Abstract】 On the basis of existing hydraulic circuit, a new hydraulic circuit with two parallel flow control valves and changing of two working speeds is put forward to realize the movement of power sliding feed table, the constitution diagram and operating principle are given. PLC (FX2N -32MR) is used in the design of the control system. The characteristics of the new hydraulic circuit and control system are described and PLC shows a broad application prospect in the field of industrial control.
