【摘要】 为了提高制造系统的运行效率和透明度,研究开发了基于Web数字化生产车间的运行状态监测系统,实现了对现场生产过程中各种生产状态信息的采集与管理。在工业自动化基础上,该系统通过Web使生产实时数据能够直接到达生产监测、管理与控制等环节,从而实现数字化生产车间的自动化管理。系统采用B/S构架的软件开发模式,实现了灵活的信息采集与管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to increase the efficiency and transparency of manufacturing system, this paper discusses a web-based monitoring system of the running status of the digital manufacturing shop. With the system, real-timed information is sent to monitoring, management and control manufacturing sectors per web and the automation management of the digital manufacturing shop is performed. This system can complete on-site information acquisition and management of manufacturing process. The smart information acquisition and management system is established by using a soft development mode with B/S architecture.更多还原
