【Abstract】 With the invasion of Russia into the north - western part of our country, the Russian people moved to Xinjiang, developing into a situation of gathering in a small place while scattered in a lot of parts of Xinjiang. After the October Revolution, many Russian people fled into Xinjiang and settled down.
