【摘要】 文章从目前农民存在的问题入手,说明了解决农民问题对于我们国家建设经济建设和社会发展的重要性。“三农”问题的核心是农民问题,农民问题的核心是增收问题,如何实现农民增收,加快农民增收是摆在政府和广大科研工作者面前的重大课题。本文以河北省唐山市乐亭县为例,分析总结了该县经济持续发展的原因,其主要对策和手段是建立一系列使农民不断增收的长效机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Commencing from the existent problems of farmers,this paper explains how important it is to solve the farmers’ problems in the economic construction and social development of our country.The core of " the problems of farmers,countryside and agriculture " is that of farmers,and the core of the farmers’ problems is to increase their revenue.How to increase farmers’ revenue and do that in a speedy way remain crucial topics for governments and researchers.This paper,taking Leting County of Tang shan City in Hebei Province as an example,analyzes the causes why the county’s economy can develop continuously: the main counterplan and means are to build up a series of long-term mechanisms to increase the farmers’ revenue.更多还原
