浑水分离清水装置无悬板时的流场数值模拟
Field Flow Numerical Simulation of Turbid Water Hydraulic Power Separation Equipment without Suspended Slab
【摘要】 对浑水分离清水装置内部清水流场的分布规律进行了三维数值模拟。应用标准的k-ε紊流模型进行数值模拟,控制方程的离散采用控制容积积分法,应用SIMPLE算法进行求解。同时也对计算结果中的速度场进行了分析,初步探讨了该浑水水力分离清水装置内清水流场的分布规律,经整体分析发现,浑水水力分离清水装置内存在一绕中心旋转的偏心涡旋,在同一水平面上的切向流速由中心至边壁是先增大后减小的,在锥体区和重力区轴向流速分布都是先增大,后减小的。
【Abstract】 This paper uses the three-dimensional numerical simulation to compute the field of clear water of turbid water hydraulic power separation equipment.The SIMPLE algorithm is used for solving standard k –ε model discreted with finite volume method.Meanwhile,this paper has analysed the computation resurts of velocity and proposed the inner field distribution rule of Turbid water hydraulic power separation equipment.On the basis of analysis,an eccentric vortex is found,which revoles round the center of turbid water hydraulic power seperation equipment.The tangential velocity increases first and then decreases with the increasing of the radius of the installment in the identical horizontal plane.Axial velocity distribution increases first in the conic area and the gravity area,latter reduces.
