【Abstract】 The rice variety Xindao 12 with a nice chewy texture was examined and approved by the authorities department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in Feb.2006.The variety belongs to variation posterity(Early maturing variat),the main character of which has the excellent quality outside of rice and has a nice chewy texture.The indexes of many quality characters of the rice variety Xindao 12 were up to excellent quality of rice prescribed in China.Its yield is higher than that of the main crop variety Akitakaomaqi.The key cultural characteristics were to control sowing time and sowing rate,rational application of fertilizer,sunning land in good time,saving water irrigation and harvesting in time.更多还原
