【Abstract】 To genetic engineering course, it is very important to practise. However, the price of its experiment is expensive, and cycle is long, so the construction of the Virtual laboratory can alleviate the contradiction between experiment resources and teaching demands. Through the work of the project of “Virtual laboratory of genetic engineering " ,which is one of the university Modern education technology " 151 projects " in Guangdong Province, this paper has probed into the design and realization of the Virtual laboratory of genetic engineering.
