【Abstract】 Being an underdeveloped area,Xinjiang has seen an evident unbalance between industrial structure and employment which grows worse.To solve the everaggravating employment,it is a must to reduce this unbalance,which needs a comprehensive planning in areas of the adjustment of industrial structure,the adjustment of investment structure,and the process of economic development.更多还原
