【摘要】 目的了解高等学校离退休教职工的健康状况,为校医院预防保健工作提供依据。方法集中体检,同时详细询问病史并参考既往其他二级以上医院检查结果和诊断。结果共查出疾病34种,共有157人患有至少一种疾病,占84.41%,其中患1种疾病者31人(16.67%),患2种疾病者52人(27.96%),患3种及以上疾病者74人(39.78%),最多者同时患有6种疾病。随着年龄的增长,患病率有增加的趋势。结论高校离退休教职工的身体健康状况不容乐观,高校医疗保健机构要加大健康教育力度,对某些高危人群要建立完整的健康档案并跟踪随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand physical condition of retired staff and offer evidence for medical service. Methods Physical examinations were carried out and the medical records in other second-class hospitals were as the reference. Results Thirty-four different illnesses were found. Each suffered from more than two illnesses on the average. One hundred and fifty-seven suffered from at least one illness (84.41%). Among them, 31 got one illness ( 16.67% ), 52 got two illnesses (27.96%). The number of persons with three or more illnesses was 74 (39.78). Some suffered from six illnesses. There was no significant difference between men and women (P>0.05). As people were growing older, the illness rate was tending upwards. Conclusions Physical condition of the college staff is not optimistic. Medical institution should put more emphases on physical education, keeping an entire health record and visiting them regularly.更多还原
