【摘要】 目的探讨V-Y推进皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床效果。方法应用V-Y推进皮瓣修复指端缺损75例共90指,术后配合适当功能锻炼。结果手指末端的缺损全部修复成功,随访6～15个月,皮瓣全部成活,指端外观良好,质地柔软、耐磨,无触痛。结论V-Y推进皮瓣修复指端缺损是可取的,简单安全术式,值得临床推广,当然亦有其局限性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficiency of V-Y advancement of skin flap in repairing fingertip defects. Methods Ninety fingers of 75 cases were repaired with the method above mentioned. After the operation, suitable function exercises were conducted. Results All flaps survived completely. These patients were followed up from 6 to 15 months, and the functions of fingers were excellent, and the fingers after the reconstruction had good appearance, soft texture with wear-resisting. There was no touch pain. Conclusions The V-Y advancement of skin flap is suitable for repairing fingertip defect, and it is simple and safe.更多还原
