【摘要】 目的探讨劳累性心绞痛患者中,静息心电图正常的发生率及产生原因。方法205例经冠状动脉造影证实为冠状动脉病变的劳累性心绞痛患者,分为心电图异常组和心电图正常组,对心电图正常组患者进行体表心电图、Holter、平板运动试验检查。结果静息心电图正常者83例,其中Holter检查ST-TCMV5呈缺血型者23例,平板运动试验阳性及可疑阳性共46例,单支冠状动脉轻度狭窄和三支冠状动脉重度狭窄并侧支循环病例中,心电图正常组的例数多于心电图异常组(P均<0.05)。静息心电图正常的劳累性心绞痛发生率为40.48%。结论病变冠状动脉主要在单支轻度狭窄及三支重度狭窄并侧支循环血管。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the incidence rate and causes of normal resting electrocardiogram (ECG) in the patients with exertional angina. Methods A total of 205 patients with coronary artery disease demonstrated by coronary angiography were enrolled in the study. They were divided into 2 groups: abnormal ECG group and normal ECG group. Surface ECG, Holter and treadmill exercise test were conducted in these patients with normal ECG. Results There were 83 cases with normal ECG in all the patients. In which there were 23 cases with the myocardial ischemia changes on ST-T CMV5 in the Holter reports, and there were 46 caseswith positive results and suspicious positive results of treadmill exercise test. The number of single-lesion mild stenosis in normal ECG group was more than that in abnormal ECG group, P<0.05. The number of triple-lesion severe stenosis with collateral circulation in normal ECG group was more than that in abnormal ECG group, P<0.05. The incidence rate of normal resting ECG in the patients with exertional angina was 40.48%. Conclusions The coronary lesion sites are mostly in single-vessel mild stenosis and triple-lesion severe stenosis with collateral circulation.更多还原
