【摘要】 目的比较患龋儿童与无龋儿童咀嚼效能之间的差异和龋病充填治疗前后咀嚼效能的变化,探讨龋齿对儿童咀嚼效能及生长发育的影响。方法选择7~9岁有龋及无龋儿童各40名,采用分光光度法测定无龋无童及有龋儿童充填治疗前后30 s的咀嚼效能。结果有龋儿童组治疗前、治疗后与无龋儿童组的咀嚼效能差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),有龋儿童组治疗前后的咀嚼效能差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论龋齿对7~9岁儿童咀嚼效能及生长发育均有一定的影响,龋病充填治疗可显著增加患龋儿童的咀嚼效能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare masticatory efficacy between children with and without caries,and to explore the impact of dental caries on children’s masticatory efficacy and body growth.Methods The semi-minute masticatory efficacy of 80 children aged 7-9 years(40 ones with decayed tooth and 40 without) were measured by light absorption method.Results Both before filling and after filling,the masticatory efficacy of children with decayed tooth was significantly lower than that of children without decayed tooth(P<0.01).The masticatory efficacy was significantly increased after filling(P<(0.01).)Conclusion Dental caries have negative influence on masticatory efficacy and growth among children aged 7-9.Filling of decayed tooth can significantly increase masticatory efficacy.更多还原
