【摘要】 目的了解长沙市中学生青春期性知识掌握水平以及性观念和性行为,为中学生性健康教育提供依据。方法采用整群分层抽样方法,对长沙市1 302名中学生进行性知识、性观念和性行为问卷调查。结果初中男生与高中男生对遗精的认识分别为15.5%和52.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),初中女生与高中女生对月经的认识分别为53.0%和68.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在大多数性观念和性行为的项目中,男生和女生,初中生和高中生差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大部分中学生已掌握一定的性知识。在中学生中适时开展性健康教育是非常必要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore sexual knowledge,attitudes and practices among middle school students in Changsha,and to provide evidence for middle school students’ sexual health education.Methods A cluster sampling method was used and a total of 1 302 middle or high school students were questionnaired.Results The cognition of spermatorrhea was 15.5% and 52.3% for male students in junior and middle schools respectively,which with statistical significance(P<0.01).The cognition of catamenia were 53.0% and 68.2% for female students in junior and senior middle school,which also with statistical significance(P<0.05).For many sexual cognition and practices,statistical significance were found between male and female or junior and senior(P<0.05).Conclusion Most of the students have mastered some sexual knowledge.It is necessary to develop sexual health education among middle school students.更多还原
