汉中农业学校学生膳食营养状况调查

【摘要】 目的了解汉中农业学校学生膳食营养状况,以便更好地指导学生合理营养与平衡膳食。方法采用称重法和询问法,对汉中农业学校高职班256名学生进行5d膳食调查,并与中国营养学会修订的《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》,即DRIs进行比较。结果学生的蛋白质、钙、硫胺素、烟酸摄入量不足,其中蛋白质摄入量占RNI建议摄入量的80.3%,钙占69.8%,硫胺素占58.8%,烟酸占77.2%,而且膳食结构中豆类和动物性食品量偏低,脂肪摄入量及其占能量比过高。结论汉中农业学校学生膳食状况不合理,应加强相关知识教育。

【Abstract】 Objective To study and analyze the dietary status of students in Hanzhong Agriculture School, and to direct students’ rational dietary. Methods By using the methods of weighing and inquiring, five days’ dietary investigation was conducted among 256 students in Hanzhong Agriculture School. Then the results were compared with DRIs. Results The intakes of protein, calcium, thiamin and riboflavin were deficient,and the proportions to RNI were 80.3%,69.8%,58.8% and 77.2% respectively. The proportion of legume and animal foods were lower in their dietary pattern but fat energy was higher. Conclusion The students’ dietary is not rational, so the related health education should be strengthened.
