【摘要】 目的了解单纯性肥胖儿童心脏体积指数与正常儿童的差异和不同程度肥胖儿童心脏体积指数增大检出率,以便为不同程度肥胖儿童心脏体积指数提供X线解剖数据。方法用X线测定正常和单纯肥胖儿童心脏体积,采用查图法和公式法计算体表面积,得出2种心脏体积指数,并进行方法间的比较。对正常体重儿童,轻、中、重度肥胖儿童心脏体积指数及其增大率进行统计学分析。确定心脏体积指数上限值。结果公式法计算的心脏体积指数大于查图法。肥胖儿童心脏体积指数显著大于正常体重儿童。中、重度肥胖儿童心脏体积指数大于轻度肥胖者,肥胖程度越重,心脏体积指数越大,心脏体积指数上限值显著高于正常体重儿童。结论随着肥胖程度的加重,心脏体积指数及其增大率增大,用心脏体积指数判断肥胖儿童心脏大小必须使用其自身数值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the difference of heart volume between simple obesity children and normal ones and the incidence of heart extension among children with different obesity levels,in order to provide anatomy data for heart volume.Methods The heart volumes of the simple obesity and the normal weight children were measured by X-ray and the body surface areas of the children were calculated by he method of Dubois chart and formula so as to obtain two different relative heart volume indices.The differences of the two methods were compared.Statistical analysis was performed to analyze the relative heart volume of normal children and the children with mild,middle and severe obesity and the extension incidence rate of different relative heart volume.The upper limit value of the relative heart volume was determined.Results The relative heart volume calculated by the formula method was larger than that of the Dubois chart.The relative heart volume of simple obesity was obviously larger than normal weight children and the relative heart volume of middle and severe obese children was larger than that of mild obese children.The more serious obesity became,the larger the relative heart volume was.The upper limit value of the relative heart volume of simple obesity was obviously larger than that of normal children.Conclusion With the increase of degree of obesity,the relative heart volume and its extension incidence increase.The data of simple obesity themselves must be used when the heart size is evaluated by the radiologic relative heart volume.更多还原
