【摘要】 目的了解大学新生的吸烟现状及其影响因素,为青少年控烟健康教育提供依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法抽取某市2所高校大学生2 863名进行问卷调查。结果尝试吸烟率男生为64.6%,女生为14.4%;现吸烟率男、女生分别为6.1%和1.2%,差别有统计学意义。吸烟原因主要是好奇和交际需要。影响大学生尝试吸烟的因素为男性、周围人群有人吸烟、对吸烟危害认识不够、认为吸烟有风度等,而男性、朋友或同伴吸烟、认为吸烟能解除烦恼、父亲吸烟等因素是大学生现吸烟的危险因素。结论正确引导大学生心理健康发展和加强大学生健康教育有利于控制大学生吸烟。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the prevalence of smoking and the influencing factors among the freshmen,and to provide evidence for health education on smoking cessation among adolescents.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 863 freshmen,who were sampled from two universities randomly.Results The rate of attempting smoking was 64.6% for males and 14.4% for females.The rate of smoking was 6.1% for males and 1.2% for females.There was statistical significance in smoking behavior.The main factors for smoking were curiosity and communication demands.The influencing factors for attempting smoking were male,having smokers among surrounding population,lack of the understanding on smoking hazard,thinking smoking graceful.The risk factors to smoking were male,having smokers among peers or friends,thinking smoking can release pressure and father’s smoking.Conclusion Mental heath guidance and some corresponding education can control cigarette smoking among college students.更多还原
