【摘要】 目的探讨三叶草形钢板治疗P ilon骨折的效果。方法26例P ilon骨折(30踝)采用三叶草形钢板治疗。结果采用T eeny&W iss踝关节功能评分,本组术后评分75~96分,平均85分,4个优秀,20个良好,6个一般。结论该方法具有固定牢靠等优点,是治疗P ilon骨折的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of clover-pattern plate on the treatment of Pilon fracture.Methods Thirty ankles in 26 cases of Pilon fracture were treated with clover-pattern plate.The results were evaluated according to Tenny & Wiss ankle joint function scoring system.Results The score was ranged from 75 to 96 after operation,and the average score was 85.Four cases were classified as excellent,20 as good,and 6 as fair.Conclusion This method can offer firm fixation and is one of effective methods for treating Pilon fracture.更多还原
