【摘要】 目的探讨TNF-α在足月妊娠临产前后的变化和意义。方法将足月妊娠60例,分为临产组30例和未临产组30例,应用放射免疫法测定母血、羊水中TNF-α,免疫组化SABC法对胎盘中TNF-α进行定位和定量检测。结果临产组羊水中TNF-α水平较未临产组升高(P=0.000),胎盘中TNF-α定位于胎盘滋养细胞,且临产组较未临产组升高(P=0.000)。两组母血中TNF-α水平无变化(P=0.109)。结论临产后羊水、胎盘中TNF-α发生了变化,而母血中的TNF-α无变化,足月妊娠局部组织的TNF-α升高可能导致了分娩发动。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of TNF-αin the pregnancy tissues before and after labor. Methods Sixty women at term pregnancy were divided into two groups according to whether they were in labor or not. Both groups consisted of 30 women and they were all delivered by cesarean section. Specimens including the amniotic fluid, maternal serum and placenta were obtained during the course of cesarean section. Maternal bloods were obtained before cesarean. The expression of TNF-α in placenta was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method and computer quantitative image analysis. The levels of TNF-α in the maternal serum were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of TNF-α were all significantly higher in the amniotic fluid after the onset of labor. The levels of TNF-α in the maternal serum did not show significant difference before or after labor pain. The protein expression of TNF-α in placenta was significantly higher in the group of labor onset than the group without labor onset. Conclusion The expression of TNF-α in the tissues may play a key role in the initiation of parturition.更多还原
