【摘要】 目的探讨高频超声对良、恶性乳腺肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断。方法对52例经高频超声及彩色多谱勒(CDF I)诊断乳腺肿瘤后手术病理证实的病例进行分析。结果15例恶性肿瘤漏诊1例;诊断符合率为93.3%(68.0%~100.0%)。37例良性肿块误诊3例;诊断符合率为91.9%(78.0%~98.0%)。结论高频超声及CDF I是诊断和鉴别诊断乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的首选方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the values of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of high frequency ultrasonography and color Doppler flow image(CDFI) in benign and malignant breast lumps.Methods 52 cases of breast lumps diagnosed by high frequency ultrasonography and CDFI were verified by pathology after operation.The data were analyzed.Results Missed diagnosis occurred in 1 case out of 15 cases of malignant breast lumps and the accuracy rate was 93.3%.Misdiagnosis occurred in 3 cases out of 37 cases of benign lumps and the accuracy rate was 91.9%.Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography and CDFI should be preferably used to diagnose or differentially diagnose benign and malignant breast lumps.更多还原
