【Abstract】 Purpose:To discuss the structural difference of liver between the anencephaly fetus and the normal fetus,and to supply the morphological date for the study of liver development in malformation fetus.Method:To dissect and draw materials in ordinary way,Stained by hematoxylin-eosin,observe the liver structures of anencephaly fetus under the light microscope.Result: the abnormal development of some hepatocytes and hepatic sinusoid was induced by the abnormal development of nervous system of anencephaly fetus.Conclusion: the development of nervous system has some relations with the development of liver in fetus.更多还原
