【Abstract】 The western legitimacy theories roughly includes three main schools,they are normal legitimacy theory and empirical legitimacy theory which have obviously tension,and the rebuilding legitimacy theory of Jǚrgen Habermas,who tried to dissolve the tension between the two schools mentioned above.The article tries to comb the three legitimacy theories about their origin,idea,the contributes and blemishes of the theories.更多还原
