【Abstract】 At present,the employment for college graduates is highly competitive and challengeable,especially for the poor ones in local colleges and universitiess,so the pressure for them stand out and can not be ignored.This article analyzed the poor graduates’ psychological characteristics of employment pressure and proposed some possible countermeasures,which will direct graduates to set up proper attitude and help them overcome obstacles in employment.更多还原
