【Abstract】 Nowadays,natural law school is still one of the most important branches and value method is very significant in western countries.The writer in the article tries to discuss the problem from the angel of comparison.Firstly,the writer analyses the functions of the value method.Secondly,the different opinions on the importance of the method are pointed out.Lastly,the writer revalues the value method.the article,it provides a useful suggestion to the study of the problem in our country.更多还原
