【摘要】 目的建立了高效液相色谱法测定中药制剂血尿胶囊中原儿茶酸含量的方法。方法样品用乙醇-醋酸(10:1)超声进取,甲醇溶解,以0.05%磷酸-甲醇(80:20)为流动相,275nm下检测。结果平均回收率98.34%。结论本方法灵敏、准确、专属性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定及质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo establish a quantitative method for determination of protocatechuic acid in Xueniao capsules.Method The capsules were exracted with alcohol-acetic(10:1)and then solved with methanol separated in the solution of 0.05% Phosphate-methanol(8:20),determined at 275?nm.Results The average recovery was 98.34%.Colusion This method for determination of protocatechuic acid in Xueniao capsules was sensitive,accurateand specific.It could be used ad quality control for Xueniao capsules.更多还原
