【Abstract】 The features of investment casting process,dimensions calculation method of the pattern die cavity,as well as the principle and method of returned pattern wax reclamation treatment and pretreatment of sodium silicate solution was introduced.It was pointed out that,during design process of the pattern die,the dimension data obtained by calculating with the formula of L=1(1+Δl)+(1/2～3/4)ΔM are reliable.更多还原
