淬火温度及保温时间对低碳高铬铸铁耐磨性能的影响

【摘要】 通过滑动和滚筒式磨损试验及金相组织观察,研究了淬火温度及保温时间对低碳高铬铸铁耐磨性能的影响。结果表明:低碳高铬铸铁选择在1050℃淬火,可获得比980℃淬火温度下更好的耐磨性能;随着高温保温时间的延长,低碳高铬铸铁的磨损率降低幅度较大,耐磨性能提高。

【Abstract】 Based on sliding and drum wear test and microstucture examination,the influence of quenching temperature and holding time on wear resistance of low carbon and high chromium cast iron was inuvestigated.The result showed that the wear resistance obtained by quenching from 1050℃was better than that by quenching from 980℃.With increasing of the holding time at high temperature,wear rate decreasing of low C-hi Cr cast iron became more obvious,and wear resistance increased.
