【摘要】 目的探讨烧伤后残余创面形成的原因及治疗的方法。方法对30例烧伤患者后期的残余创面进行浸浴疗法和个体化的治疗方案。结果2例残余创面直径大于5cm以上者需要手术植皮愈合,另外28例全部愈合。结论综合性的处理残余创面,勤换药,保持创面干洁,保护新生上皮,是治疗难愈性残余创面的一种有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the cause and treatment of residual burn wound. Methods 30 cases of patient with the later residual burn wound were treated by immersion method and individual treatment. Results 28 cases of patient with the residual burn wound had been cured, but 2 cases with above 5cm wound need skin transplantation. Conclusion Refractory residual burn wound all-around treatment, such as making the wound clean and dry by debridement, and protecting the new epidermis, was an effective method.更多还原
