【摘要】 目的探讨大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术加电灼术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床价值。方法对我院开展大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术加电灼术治疗下肢静脉曲张62例75条肢体(研究组)的临床资料进行分析,并与同期行大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术加缝扎术治疗下肢静脉曲张60例72条肢体(对照组)的资料进行对比。结果研究组术后恢复快、术后复发率低,与对照组比较有显著性差异(p<0·05)。研究组术后美观度、局部感觉优于对照组,局部出现短期溃疡5例。结论电灼术具有微创、恢复快、美容效果较好的特点,但要严格掌握电灼输出功率的大小,我们认为25~50W为宜,电灼时应避免损伤隐神经和腓浅神经。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of high ligation and electro-coagulation in the treatment of lower extremity varicosis. Methods High ligation and electro-coagulation were used to treat 62 patients (75 lower extremities) with lower extremity varicosis in the study group, 60 cases (72 lower extremities)in the control group were treated by high ligation and stripping of varicose vein. Their data were reviewed and analyzed and contrasted. Results The study group is better than control group, difference of the of recurrence and recovering rate after operation between the two groups was significant (p<0.05), the local skin have more beauty culture in study group than control group, however, 5 cases have side effect of local skin ulcer in study group. Conclusion Our study shows that the combination of high ligation of great saphenous vein and electro-coagulation of superficial vein has proved to be more effective and minimal invasive than traditional method and deserves to be popularized widely in clinical treatment, however, output power should be strictly controlled between 25W and 50W.saphenous and superficial peroneal nerves’ injury should be avoided when electro-coagulation so as to reduce skin’s ulcer postoperatively.更多还原
