【摘要】 目的探讨腔静脉支架植入术治疗布-加综合征的护理。方法对16例布-加综合征病人进行支架治疗,术前给予心理护理,完善的术前准备,术中熟练配合,密切观察生命体征,积极防治并发症,术后给予伤口的护理,饮食指导,健康指导。结果本组病例的手术顺利完成,无1例因护理配合不当而影响治疗。结论腔静脉支架植入术能较好地解决布-加综合症的腹胀、腹水等症状,提高病人的生存生活质量,并采取正确的护理措施可减少并发症,提高疗效的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the nursing of Budd-chiari Syndrome being treated by domestic ZQ venae cavae stand. Methods For 16 cases of patients with Budd-chiari syndrome, the stand was used for treatment. Before operation, the psychological nursing and complete preparation was made. In the process of operation, with perfect cooperation, the vital signs were observed closely, so as to prevent the complications. After operation, the nursing for wound, food guidance and healthy direction were made. Results All operations were completed smoothly without negative influence from improper nursing affecting the treatment. Conclusion Stand can properly settle the abdominal distension and ascitic for the patients with Budd-chiari Syndrome and also can improve patient’s survival quality. The application of proper nursing measure is a guarantee for reducing the complications and promoting the curative effect.更多还原
