【摘要】 目的探讨双胎妊娠的分娩方式对新生儿的影响。方法将98例双胎妊娠产妇按分娩方式分为阴道分娩组和剖宫产组,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果两组的孕周产后出血率比较差异无显著性(p>0.05),剖宫产组新生儿体重显著高于阴道分娩组(p<0.01),两组第1胎分娩新生儿窒息差异无显著性(p>0.05),而第2胎分娩新生儿窒息率剖宫产组显著低于阴道分娩组(p<0.05)。结论正确选择双胎妊娠的分娩方式,将有助于降低剖宫产率及新生儿窒息率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between delivery route and pregnancy outcome in twin pregnancy. Methods 98 twin pregnancy women were divided into two groups, which were cesarean section and vaginal delivery. They were analyzed retrospectively. Results There was no difference between two groups in pregnant week and postpartum hemorrhage,(p>0.05);neonatal weight of cesarean section was highter than that of vagingal delivery(p<0.01),No significant difference was shown in neonatal asphyxia of first fetal in the two groups(p>0.05),however the incidence of neonatal asphyxia of second fetal in cesarean section is mush lower than in vaginal delivery(p<0.05). Conclusion The right rout of delivery can lower the incidence of cesarean section and neonatal asphyxia.更多还原
