【摘要】 目的提高超声诊断宫外孕的确诊率。方法经腹部和阴道超声检查,观察子宫腔和子宫旁声像图特征。结果子宫轻度增大占43%,附件包块回声占93%,其中妊娠囊回声占17%,光团回声占77%,以及盆腔积液占83%。结论B超诊断对异位妊娠有着很重要的诊断价值。如若加上HCG定量测定,将更好的提高本病的诊断水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the confirmation percentage of ultrasonic diagnosis for ectopic pregnancy. Methods Observing the scanning on uterus and paramerium through abdomen ultrasonic. Results Among the cases, 43 percent were with endometrial hyperplasia, 93 percent were with uterine adnexa block echo, 17 percent were with pregnancy sack echo, 77 percent were with light agglomerate echo and 83 percent were with pelvic effusion. Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnosis plays an important role in confirming extra-uterine pregnancy. And if HCG determination is added at the same time, it will improve the diagnosis level.更多还原
